  Why People are Panic for My Rottweiler - Roxy Introduction I have a dog named Roxy, a Rottweiler by breed. I bred it when it was one month old. My son bought it from Dehradun on 16 August 2019. He trained it as per his knowledge and skill.  It was very small in size and cute in looking. When you go for morning walk, you find a number of dogs running on the roads and along the parks. Some are leashed with their masters, while others are enjoying full freedom. Some of these are Labrador Retriever, German Shepherd, Golden Retriever Bull dog, Beagle, Rottweiler, Yorkie, Boxer etc. But the stray dogs are unfortunate, always seeking their masters. But i feel proud on my Rottweiler moving boldly on the roads. Rottweilers are amazing dogs known for their strength, loyalty, and productive nature. Rottweilers are renowned for their strength, talent, and faithfulness. To make sure they are well behaved and listen to you, training them is very2 important Obedience Training is all about teaching them to follow your commands and be good friends. This article will sow you some easy and effective ways to train your Rottweiler to be obedient and well mannered since puppyhood.

UNDERSTANDING TEMPERAMENT AND NATURE OF ROTTWEILERS

We must know the nature and temperament of Rottweilers before starting their training.Though Rottweilers are very co-operative but some time get irritated with no cause. Proper Training programs help to normalize their instincts into positive behavior, in order to make them excellent family dogs.

1-PUPPYHOOD TRAINING:

 Always start training since they open their eyes after birth. It's time to depend on their mothers. Just after one month they begin to run, jump and recognize the objects. Early exposure to various stimuli and socialization with the family members, people outsiders other dogs and animals make them acquainted all. Begin with basic commands like "SIT", " STAY", and "COME" Use treats and positive reinforcement to encourage desired behavior. It lays the foundation for more advanced training.

2-POSITIVE REINFORCEMENT:

Applying positive reinforcement is basic outline in Rottweiler Obedience Training. Rewarding desired behavior with treats, praise or toys motivates the dog to repeate those actions. This method fosters a positive connection between the dog and the owner, which makes the learning process enjoyable and loving for both the parties.

3-TRAINING CONSISTENCY

Consistency plays an important role in Rottweiler Training. Use the same cues and commands  each time to avoid confusion. Ensure all family members follow  follow the same guidelines to prevent mixed signals that can stop progress.Consquantly your dog learns to associate them with specific actions.

4- LEASH TRAINING

Proper Leash training is essential for controlling your Rottweiler and ensuring their safety. Use a sturdy leash and practice walking without pulling and teach her loose-leash walking Always reward your dog for walking by your side and discourage pulling with gentle corrections and establish your authority as a leader.

5- SOCIALIZATION:

Expose your Rottweiler to different people, pets, animals and environments to ensure they are well socializes and acquainted with them. This creates creativity and reduces fear of aggressiveness and encourage appropriate behavior and reaction for all in various situations. Controlled Socialization enhances their confidence and reduces anxiety.

6- POSITIVE TRAINING ENVIRONMENT

Always stay cool and calm during training period but confident. Don't show your anger or frustration over your dog as it can sense your emotions, so staying in evergreen mood create a positive training environment. Try to avoid your anger and maintain a friendly atmosphere throughout the session.

7-COMMAND HIERACHY:

Don't mixup your commands that creates confusion to the dog. Always try to establish a clear command series starting with basic commands and gradually upgrading to more complex ones. Even try to teach your Rottweiler  the concept of ,"cCommand Release" For example, after commanding them to "SIT DOWN" release them with a word like "Okay" when you give her the next command.

8- AVOID HARSH PUNISHMENT:

Some times the Rottweilers do not focus on training due to tiredness and confusion and distract from training grades. In such situation, avoid coral punishment and punitive measures as they can lead to fear and aggression. Train your Rottweiler to focus on commands giving them some rewards and patting on their head and back.. Gradually, increase the difficulty as their obedience improves. Use a release commands like "OKAY" to indicate the command is completed in its best performance.

9- PERIOD OF TRAINING SESSION:

Always keep the training sessions short in the beggining engaging themwith fun and joy. Rottweilers have a good attention span, but soon gets boredom if the session is long and unpleasant. Always notice the movement and pace of your dog if feels struggles with the commands, try to break it in o pieces, Imean into smaller steps and celebrate progress and reward them when the session is over.

Ofcourse, it's a matter of joy and satisfaction for both the trainer and the trainees.It's an adventure to train the dogsto be obedient that brings you closure to your  family friend or a member of the family.Every Rottweiler is different in nature and temperament so be sure to use the TRAINING TECHNIQUES that give you the best results with your dog with treats, patience, rewards, joys and lots of praise that you teach your Rottweiler how to behave and polite in different situations.
