Why People are Panic for My Rottweiler - Roxy Introduction I have a dog named Roxy, a Rottweiler by breed. I bred it when it was one month old. My son bought it from Dehradun on 16 August 2019. He trained it as per his knowledge and skill.  It was very small in size and cute in looking. So, every member of the family would take it in his/her lap while it preferred running on the floor and biting the wooden sofa. It growled when objected. Thus, it disfigured the corners of the sofa and chairs. My son arranged a bone toy for her and now, it engaged to chew the toy most of the time. When, it was one year old it dominated other dogs on the road. She was always ready to challenge and fight against them. Some times, it would run after the calves. Colour Size.and Weight Rottweiler, a muscles dog She is of black colour, average size of Rottweiler but her weight in fifth year is approximately 30 kg.  MY WEEKLY DIARY {JANUARY 22).

I usually write MY DIARY PAGES on the social issues, morning walk experiences, internet business, computer technology, work home culture, covid-19 (corona epidemic) and different topics of current world. But today I share my ideas State Assembly Election of 5 states in India. 1-Uttar Pradesh 2- Uttarakhand 3- Punjab 4-Goa 5-Manipur. The third wave of corona epidemic has turned the pitch of politics in India, wet and slip. India is one of the largest democracy in the world. It has a good reputation globally. Indian people also feel proud on its democratic set up. There are many political parties in the country along with local political parties. The main national parties in U.P' and UTTARAKHAND State legislative Assembly are:

UTTARAKHAND LEGISLETIVE ASSEMBLY ELECTION 2022

The whole election procedure runs for 24 days and waiting for results is also 24 days in Uttarakhand. How interesting it sounds. Most people extend their interest in Elections rather than their farming, fields, crops and business. It may be a menia or interest can't be explained.

POLITICAL WAR IN UTTARAKHAND

The election for Uttarakhand Legislative Assembly will be held on 14th February 22.The political graph in Uttarakhand before election is very high and going up day by day. The grouping and out speaking statements are coming speedily in front of the political  pitch. So it is a big hue and cry in Uttarakhand Politics.

HARAK SINGH SHIFTED TO CONGRESS FROM B.J.P.

The former congressman and expelled from BJP is now seeking shelter in Congress. He says he would apologies 100 times before Harish Chandra Singh Rawat , the former Chief Minister and Election Chief of Uttarakhand for the mistake committed in 2016, His soul stays in Congress while he was in BJP for last 5 years. He says that Harish Chandra Singh Rawat is his yelder brother. He wants to serve Uttarakhand as a Congress man. It is rightly said, there is no friend and foe in politics.

Harish Chandra Singh Rawat- Congress

POLITICS IS A DRAMETIC STAGE

If, politics is a stage, Harak Singh Rawat is the Chief Artist. He often changes his role on the political stage. But he applies the missile at the time of political crisis in his life and over comes the difficulties. After his expulsion from BJP again he practised one more trick.

THE POPULARITY OF HARISH CHANDRA SINGH RAWAT

The journalists are making surveys for the political results and displaying the forth coming political picture of Uttarakhand in their channels. In one of the survey, the expert says as Chief Minister, the first and for most liking goes to HarishChandra Singh Rawat. 43% in Gadwal and 41% in Kumaon goes to Harish Chandra Singh Rawat. The second choice goes for Pushkar Singh Dhami, the present Chief Minister of Uttarakhand with 27% liking. The third position is for Anil Balooni, the sitting mp with a score of 17%. The fourth position is for Ajay Kothiyal a retired colonel and a candidate of AAP party. So far as the popularity of HARISH CHANDRA SINGH RAWAT concerns, he is a ground based leader.People love and respect him for his policy for the wel fare and promotion of the public of Uttarakhand.

THE FORECASTING FOR THE NEXT GOVERNMENT

Most of the channels predict there might be a hung government in the state. But some channels show that the congress party could be the largest party in the state. So the congress party would form the govt with Harish Chandra Singh Rawat as Chief Minister. At that time some of the congress leaders from Gadwal and few from Kumaon could make conspiracy against the would be chief minister. The BJP is very clever, it can make the horse trading to form its government. Any way, we salute Harish Chandra Singh Rawat for his sacrifice, punctuality, sincerity, hard work, endeavor and simplicity. He has a nation wide popularity. It's a warning to congress if some foul trick is played against him, the congress would suffer for ages.So it is good for the congress party and the state that he should openly and frankly declared the chief minister of Uttarakhand. He is a skilled and brave general of congress army.

BJP MAY CLINCH UTTARAKHAND, AAP DISTANT THIRD

Some of the opinion poll survey predict that BJP may clinch the elections with a 38% vote share (34-38 seats), followed by Congress with 36%vote share (33-35 seats). AAP is likely to bag 2-4 seats with a 15% vote share. If this prediction becomes true, a Congress-AAP alliance can happen to grab power in the state. Interestingly, about 40% of participants have rated the performance of the incumbent BJP government as 'Good.' As per the survey, Migration, Development, Health, andEducation are primary election issues in the Uttarakhand Vidhan Sabha polls. Thus, we find that Congress is in position of forming next Government with Harish Chandra Singh Rawat as Chief Minister.

IN CASE OF HUNG GOVERNMENT POLL

If Uttarakhand sees a hung House, the Independent candidates will play kingmaker and will decide whether the Congress manages to turn the tables in the state.

According to the survey, Congress leader and former chief minister Harish Rawat has emerged as the most-favoured CM candidate with 43 per cent respondents voting in his favour while only 31 per cent voting in favour of current CM Pushkar Singh Dhami. BJP’s Anil Baluni remained the third most popular choice with 11 per cent votes.

GARHWAL REGION OPINION POLL PREDICTION

In the 41 seats of the Garhwal region, BJP is likely to secure around 43 per cent of the total vote share, while Congress is likely to get 38 per cent. Meanwhile, in Garhwal, the ruling BJP is expected to win somewhere between 22-24 (23) seats. Congress is way behind the ruling BJP here, and the party appears to be getting between 15-17 (16) seats.

KUMAON REGION PREDICTION IN OPINION POLL

In the Kumaon region, BJP is expected to win between 9-11 (10) seats here. Congress is expected to win between 18-20 (19) seats, as per the pre-poll survey.

The BJP is expected to suffer the brunt of the frequent change of leadership in the state. In its tenure of five years, the BJP was forced to change three chief ministers in Uttarakhand. While Trivendra Singh Rawat was replaced by Tirath Singh Rawat,Pushkar Singh Dhami replaced Tirath Singh Rawat to become the third BJP CM within five months in 2021.

In the 2017 assembly elections, the BJP had won 57 seats, Congress 11 and others were settled with two seats.
