ROAD ACCIDENTS &TRAFFIC RULES MORNING WALK EXPERIENCE It,s a fine morning The Sunday appears to be a shining and hot day. There are no clouds in the sky. The weather in the Kumaon region is pleasant. The birds in the morning at Haldwani are less noisy. The Blackbird ( TURDUSMAROLA) at Almora is the first bird to start a melodious song to call his friends moving from the top of the trees. It is alone in the morning session waiting for the tune from his friend for wooing. In the hilly area of the Kumaon Region, the birds make the early hours of the Morning very interesting and attractive for all. ACCIDENT PROBE AREAS Nowadays the Newspapers are filled with news related to Accidents at Lal Kuwan, Haldwani site as well as at surrounding. It disturbs the peace of mind. We have to follow the traffic rules. The government should make some firm arrangements to avoid accidents. The number of vehicles is doubled in the last ten years but...
